After graduating from Brigham Young University, Paul worked in sales, customer service and operations management for Franklin Covey. In 1998, Paul returned with his family to Arizona and used his experience in sales, management and process improvement to help Granite Express LLC. blossom into one of largest landscape rock suppliers in Arizona.  In 2018, Granite Express LLC was acquired by another company providing Paul with the opportunity to form Desert Surfaces LLC in April of 2019.

With over 20 years of experience in this market, Paul brings extensive product knowledge and industry expertise that will provide Desert Surfaces customers with cost effective solutions to their landscape material needs and superior customer service. His business acumen, professional integrity and unmatched market knowledge justify the high regard with which he has earned from business and community associates.
